Summary:
Sports Structures were commissioned by the CCPR to conduct a membership satisfaction survey in order to identify areas for improvement and to develop the services provided by the organisation to its members.
Approach:
The survey contained detailed questions covering a variety of aspects including structure, strategy, services and communications. A high level of response was received which provided a substantial amount of both quantitative and qualitative data to be analysed using the Measure for Leisure toolbox. The initial data output raised further areas for investigation which led to the CCPR requesting a second level of data collection to generate and substantiate several trends which had been identified. Sport Structures therefore conducted further analysis before compiling the final report.
Outcome:
The project concluded with a final report containing a series of six recommendations that were constructed to support the future development of the CCPR which was presented to the board.
