Rounders England - Coach Education Programme
Outline
We worked with Rounders England over a three year period to administer their coach education programme.
Approach
Our roles and responsibilities included:
- Sourcing appropriate venues
- Workforce allocation
- Qualification and resource administration
- Marketing
- Learner administration
- Quality assurance
- Responding to course requests
Key performance indicators were agreed and monitored regularly. In addition to the above, we also supported continual professional development days for the workforce.
