England Korfball - Coach Education Support

Summary

We work in conjunction with England Korfball to deliver their annual coach education programme of level 1 and level 2 courses.  

Approach 

As part of the partnership, we have specific responsibilities which include: 

• Sourcing appropriate venues 
• Learner administration 
• Sourcing an appropriate workforce 
• Marketing  
• Responding to course requests 
• Qualification and resource administration 
• Responding to course requests 

Key performance indicators are agreed at the start of every year and progress is monitored regularly. We have also supported with the development of learning programmes, course documentation and the coach education pathway. 

Outcome 

We have supported a number of coaches to gain their coaching qualifications. In addition, we have worked with new organisations to introduce them to Korfball.
