Summary
We delivered our first 1st4sport Level 3 Award in Delivering Learning (QCF) to ABAE Boxing tutors over a period of four weeks.
Approach
The purpose of the Award in Delivering Learning is to provide learners with an opportunity to prepare for opportunities in delivering learning in a variety of environments. Working with the ABAE, we identified the environment that the learners involved in this course would be going into. This enabled us to plan and tailor this qualification based on individual needs and context.
Outcome
Learners were able to identify and apply key principles and practice of teaching and learning. They will now be working towards becoming Safeguarding tutors for the ABAE.
