Outline
We were contracted by British Gymnastics to train a cohort of new tutors and assessors for their coach education workforce.
Approach
We delivered the 1st4Sport Level 3 Award in Delivering Learning as well as the Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement in a range of locations across the country. The content has was modified in line with tutoring and assessing requirements for coaching courses delivered through the governing body.
Outcome
Overall, 30 members of the workforce went through this training.
