We are delighted to be appointed as workforce partner with Olympic and Paralympic sport British Dressage.
The partnership builds on the support we gave British Dressage in reviewing their workforce pathway.
We will work collaboratively with the sport to provide a pathway for employment in the sport. This will involve the provision of both funded and non-funded programmes. British Dressage will also invest Dressage specific programmes in partnership to make sure the education delivery is applied into the workplace.,
This people plan will be mainly funded through apprenticeships but will have a flow through linking learning and workplace competence.
