Outline
We worked closely with Manchester Metropolitan University to provide the 1st4Sport Level 2 in Multi-Skills Development in Sport qualification.
Approach
The university identified a cohort of students that would benefit from the course. The course was then tailored accordingly to the students learning needs and time was taken before the course to gain an understanding of where the students were on their development journey and what content they may be familiar with already. This enabled the course to be pitched at the right level for the students to gain maximum benefit.
Outcome
The course was delivered successfully, and all 12 learners achieved the qualification. The feedback received from the course organiser was excellent:
