Progressive Sports - Our Relationship

Outline 

We worked in conjunction with Progressive Sports to deliver the 1st4Sport Level 2 Award in Multi-skills to upskill their staff. 

Approach 

We worked with Progressive to identify a suitable timescale to run the course and identified qualification requirements to ensure the course would need their needs.  

We provided learner and course administration and also supported the delivery and assessment of the qualification through our quality assurance strategy.  

Outcome 

All learners were deemed competent and staff are now deployed in a variety of environments, using their expertise to deliver fit for purpose coaching sessions.
