Summary:
Sport Structures were contracted to develop and deliver training for the whole of the Kent Sports Development Unit.
Approach:
The workshop was tailored from the successful Sport Structures workshop "Making Sports Organisations Equitable" .
Outcome:
Twenty three members of the Kent Sports Development team took part in a half day workshop to identify the key barriers faced by underrepresented groups in sport in Kent and the Unit's services. Two participant comments were "Will no doubt cause future debate in the unit" and "excellent session - very interesting"
