Over the past few months, like many in the sector, we have engaged with consultation for Uniting the Coaching Movement.
We recognise this process is focused on creating long term ambitions for coaching that the system, and the organisations within the system, can get behind and focus on to best support frontline coaching practice.
A big thanks to Sporting People for facilitating a specific workshop with our coach educator workforce recently. This workshop explored the ambitions for the 2016 Coaching for England Plan, the recent changes in the sector, current challenges and explored opportunities to support coaching in the coming years.
We are excited to be part of this journey and will look forward to seeing the conclusions drawn from recent events.
