Recently we worked in partnership with the FA to deliver an IAG Training programme. The focus of this project was to support equality training for county football association, inclusion advisory groups. This is the third year we have delivered these workshops at Wycombe Wanderers, Gloucestershire FA, and Leeds United. We developed the programme with the FA based on previous learner feedback and put together an imaginative approach that sought to challenge participants relating to national and international equality issues.
The facilitated sessions had in total nearly one hundred participants with people going away with clarity to their actions within their specific county football associations.
