We are thrilled to announce that our Information, Advice and Guidance arrangements in Education and Apprenticeships have renewed accreditation following a successful Matrix Accreditation assessment. This accreditation recognises our commitment to coaches, apprentices, and volunteers.
The matrix Standard is the international benchmark for organisations that deliver information, advice, and/or guidance (IAG), and we are delighted to have met the standard following a robust assessment that included interviews with our staff, learners, and partners.
