We have worked with Central Education to carry out a critical business review. At the present time, the company is in a great position but there is an appetite to up-level in the coming years. Therefore, it was a great time for Sport Structures to support with a strategy mapping and business review process, this in turn led to a review of the current position and then us understanding what the future looks like for the company.
The project was broken up into the following key stages:

- Company objectives/KPIs (finance, customer, business process, staff)

Recommendations
6-12 months – due to the nature of the managing director being on maternity leave from April 2021. The 2021-2022 objective will be to maintain current business activities.
12 months onwards – we foresee that this period of time will be a real opportunity to move from maintenance to growth activities in order to grow the business to a new level.
