Our organisational funded training to support the “off-pitch” staff bundle has been designed to provide organisations with the flexibility and support to upskill and develop a proactive, skilled and motivated workforce under one central hub.
Whether your organisation has been affected by re-structures through COVID-19 or your staff are in need of upskilling in new ways of working the “off-pitch” bundle has something to offer.
Our Off-pitch bundle provides a cost-effective solution to increasing your companies resource.
At Sport Structures we specialise in upskilling staff in key the areas of management and leadership, marketing, and business administration through a cost-effective apprenticeship model (around £350pp for a full 12–18 month qualification).
With government initiatives now in place to support the employment of new apprentices, organisations can now claim a £3000 incentive boost by taking on a new member of staff and enrolling them in a funded apprentice training programme however this offer will end September 2021.Remember apprentice funding can support new or current staff of any age.
