On Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th January we had our 3 year Matrix accreditation review. The Matrix standard assess how well a company offers information, advice and guidance to customers and clients it engages with through educational provision it delivers. We are delighted to say that we achieved the Matrix accreditation following a full assessment of our internal processes and procedures.
As part of the assessment, 40 meeting were held with internal staff, clients, learners and partners. We achieved the standard with no compulsory actions to work on. Achieving the Matrix standard has confirmed our commitment to offering excellent information, advice and guidance and we will work on the recommendations offered to continue to improve the information, advice and guidance we offer.
