Last week, we delivered four CPSU Time to Listen workshops to 44 Club Welfare Officers from a variety of sports clubs based all around the country! The online workshop provided a great platform to stimulate forward-thinking conversation around the key safeguarding issues encountered while working as a Club Welfare Officer, allowing participants to discuss and understand best practice when faced with different safeguarding scenarios.
