We are delighted to be starting a new project with County Durham Sport. We will act as a critical friend to independently assess and provide suggestions for how they can improve their organisation and provision in regards to equality, diversity and inclusion. Our consultation approach will consider equality, diversity and inclusion across all aspects of the organisation from leadership and culture to strategy and operations. We look forward to working with County Durham Sport to help them shape their strategic direction and achievable actions.
