As the workshop partner for the Sport England Club Matters programme, we recently evaluated workshop delivery for the last quarter, April to July 2021.
The workshop programme engaged with 409 delegates, across 43 workshops. Workshop organisers have included Archery GB, SportEd, Swim England South East, British Gymnastics, Energise Me and Get Berkshire Active.
62% of delegates were very satisfied with their experience of attending a workshop with an overall NPS score of 55. Workshop organisers rated the value of the workshops as 9.5 out of 10.

During this time-frame, we also coordinated delivery of continual professional development workshops, ‘Supporting Clubs to Succeed’ and ‘Helping Clubs in Crisis’ for the professional workforce. In addition, we have been developing learning, working with relevant partners for the new Club Matters workshop ‘A Club for Everyone’ which is available this month.
