We set ourselves high standards for our work and place great value on the feedback we receive from our partners and learners. We rely on the insight we collect through our satisfaction forms to tell us whether we are achieving our high standards. We currently use nine different online evaluation surveys, aimed at those engaged through our education and training programme, organisations for whom we deliver projects, apprentices, and their employers. All evaluations are tailored to the products or services delivered and ask our clients and customers to rate us on areas such as our communication, value for money, helpfulness, and whether we meet expectations. These scores then generate an overall satisfaction score.
This quarter saw a record number of learners and partners completing one of our evaluations, with over 450 forms completed. We could not be prouder to find that 95% of all those filling out surveys were extremely satisfied with the service and commitment that we offer. Our NPS (Net Promotor Score) has also been equally high, with 88% of our customers and clients extremely likely to recommend Sport Structures to a friend or colleague. It is testament to the exceptional and hardworking staff team within the company who enable this success.
The last year has been a tough one all round, but we are so pleased that we have been able to continue delivering the excellent service we pride ourselves on. We are also delighted to be working with new and existing partners, developing the foundations for more excellent relationships as we go.
