To work within the school sport partnership across the Derbyshire Dales, helping to prepare/deliver sports and physical activity festivals as well as our in-school sports and leadership programmes..
Location: Rural Derbyshire School Sports Partnership, Matlock, DE4 4DX
Annual Wage: £9,984 a year
Working Week: Monday to Friday Hours TBC
Total hours per week: 30
Duration: 18 months

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Preparing for sports and physical activity events
- Delivering sports/ activities at SSP events
- Delivering leadership sessions for Primary Schools
- Delivering activities within schools at extra-curricular clubs
- Supporting lead coaches with curriculum PE lessons for Primary Schools
- Supporting county wide sports events and county finals
What training will be offered?
- Sports coach (level 4)
- Equal to higher national certificate (HNC)
